PeBeKa higher on the 500 List

Another year in a row, Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Kopalń PeBeKa found itself within 500 most valuable and largest companies in Poland, having gone up by several dozen places.

The Rzeczpospolita 500 List developed by journalists shows the largest and most valuable companies from the perspective of Polish economy, based on financial results contained in the Central Statistical Office's report for 2015. Sales revenue is a factor decisive for the place assigned. In this year's 18th edition of the ranking, Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Kopalń PeBeKa ranked 406th having showed a result of PLN 612 million 730 thousand. This is a considerable rise; by comparison, last year PeBeKa occupied on the Rzeczpospolita list 441st place (with a result of PLN 560 million 879 thousand), and two years ago - 439th place with its sales revenue at PLN 503 million 536 thousand.

The best Polish companies were honoured with special awards - the "Rzeczpospolita Eagle" statues.
