Changes in PeBeKa Management Board

The General Meeting of PeBeKa S.A. held on 14 November this year decided to recall Mr Stanisław Siewierski from the position of the Management Board President. In his place, Mr Mirosław Skowron was appointed.

The new President of the Lubin company is an engineer, graduated from the Wrocław University of Technology. He also earned an MBA degree. Mr Skowron also graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology and the ICAN Institute Leadership Academy at Harvard.

He has broad experience in developing strategies, transforming organisations, and in managing projects and risks. He was for many years related to energy projects. Mr Skowron fulfilled management functions in such companies as: Energa Elektrownie Ostrołęka, Energa Invest, or recently Polimex-Energetyka.
