Project outline

The estate is located in the vicinity of the world famous “Wieliczka” Salt Mine and the historic centre of the town. The project was based on the idea of creating a friendly and comfortable living space.

The estate consists of four four-storey blocks of flats with the most sought after usable floor areas. The project comprises 120 flats with the floor areas from 34 to 84 m² as well as commercial premises. The buildings’ design is based on the traditional technology, with large and comfortable balconies and parking spaces on the ground floor. Some flats are located in attic space.  The interiors have traditional finishings.
